Philippines' Best Call Centers

Here's Call Center Blogger's Top 5 Best call center In The Philippines! I ranked them with the top being the best and bottom the least. I based my call center rankings on company strength, employee benefits & satisfaction, corporate leadership, compensation, contact center company growth among others. Notice the similarity of most of these call center? They all have sites in the south. I wish the Wachovia call center and first source BPO will catch up...

Hi! would it be okey if i link you? can you link me too?

Sure Thing Hazel! Actually Thank you! Because I'm trying to build up my network right now! You're actually the first one to link to me... I think. Anyway, I appreciate it! Thanks.

And Oh BTW, as you can see in my posts' comments, there's a lot of request to get the contact details for the recruiters for the companies on topic. I hope you don't mind getting emails from prospective applicants. i referred them to you!

Thanks much!

Where's PeopleSupport? Aren't they among the Top 5 best?

About PeopleSupport:

According to a business news magazine I read last March, they did not do well financially last year. They incurred big losses. My inteligent hunch is it's due to construction of their own building. Second only to Convergys in amount of losses, they were set back several millions of pesos.

If you have/find financial reports that contradict this statement... please send me the URL or Magazine reference so I may reconsider my rankings.

Hi! Do you happen to know which BPOs are the best (pay, benefits, workload, etc) when it comes to back office positions?

You better remove Dell on your list CCV. They are the worse not the best!
