This is probably old news but I thought it'd be nice to post anyways. I have heard from my friends in HSBC that their company will soon accept third party clients. For those who are not familiar, HSBC Alabang has been housing the company's Processing centers for years since it established in the country. It's operation has been an absolute success for the past few years that almost all back office process has been sent to their center in Alabang.
But there's a looming problem though. The HSBC call center in Alabang is running out of accounts to take in. They're NOT actually losing any accounts but I think they don't have the means ( business ) to keep the call centers growing especially now that they have a second center located right next to U.P.
From what I heard, top management has decided to accept third party clients so they can keep growth steady and of course fill up the massive site they are constructing in Quezon city. If by any chance an HSBC employee would read this, kindly enlighten us with your knowledge. I still think out of all the call centers in the Philippines, HSBC is best! It's world class and cream of the crop in management, employees, compensation and benefits.![]()

i don't know if this was replied to yet, but, I'd like to take this opportunity to clear up any views on the subject.
HSBC is NOT losing business. It is the farthest thing that's happening now. In fact, the company is even GAINING business, with the migration of HSBC Canada "accounts" in Commonwealth (which is actually the 4th site in the Phils).
You may hear the rumors of mass resignations in the company, and I'd like to confirm these allegations. This was due to the poor management of people. It was very unfortunate that there are those in high positions who do NOT think about cause and effect.
The reason why HSBC prides itself in being the "Best Place to Work" is because they listen to the agent (the actual people why the company is doing so well).
It is also unfortunate that those who resigned were blinded by lost faith and numerous competing neighbors.
It is also true that top management is studying on taking third party clients. This move is only to spread if not raise the bar of the quality service HSBC prides in.
Greetings John,
I'm not sure if you will post my comment after you read this.
Just an advise, check first if you are allowed to post logo. According to our research, this HSBC logo is a registered trademark. That means that if you post this logo without the permission of the owner or owner's, you can face a vast amount of fine(in million USD or GBP) and time in prison.
P.S.
All company employees have signed an agreement not to disclose or reveal any company information unless authorized to do so. And if an authorized personel give's you information, expect that it is all for the benefit of the company. So don't expect the full truth in it.
