Here's Call Center Blogger's Top 5 Best call center In The Philippines! I ranked them with the top being the best and bottom the least. I based my call center rankings on company strength, employee benefits & satisfaction, corporate leadership, compensation, contact center company growth among others. Notice the similarity of most of these call center? They all have sites in the south. I wish the Wachovia call center and first source BPO will catch up...

Call Center Job Opportunities Aboard

Here's a cool way for call center professionals to find better work!

Do you ever notice or think how people get recruit today? Call Center Blogger's own estimates about 70% are done through online job search websites like jobstreet.com or jobsdb.com, 20 percent are done through the traditional way of “walking-in” and about 10% are through other ways like referrals. With that said there's no denying the power of the job search websites. Personally, about 80% of the time Call Center Blogger has applied and got recruit through jobstreet.com and 20% through jobsdb.com. Which makes his success rate using a job search website 100%.

But these days, as a callcenter jobstreet.com and jobsdb.com are now so saturated that they are shying away from using the website when looking for candidates. It is tedious work for them to scour and recruit through all the available applications through jobstreet.com because there's so many! Instead they have been finding through a lesser-known but reliable job search website because they can perform targeted searches for qualified candidates without them posting any ads. That's so smart of them Call Center Blogger thought! They can just through the database and for ideal call center candidates who have profiled themselves already.

Recently, Call Center Blogger has been been receiving considerations to apply to major call center companies not only in the country but also abroad!!! Below is a screen shot of one of the emails I was sent recently by a call center executive search company in Dubai. AlthoughCall Center Blogger wasn't interested in the recruit offer, but still, I was kinda happy to find out that my resume and professional information is searchable to only in the Philippines but also throughout the world.

My advise to all of you is to create an account in Monster.com! This job search website is used by top call center companies, excellent executive search companies all throughout the world. Create a profile that best suit your professional call center experience and make your profile searchable. This advice would be primarily suited for those who are seasoned in their call center work already.

I have used monster myself and I have received 3 considerations to be recruited by a Call Center abroad. And that's in a span of just 3 months! The Call Center companies were in Singapore, Indonesia and U.A.E. <--- click the links for jobs online for these countries.

Go ahead and create your monster account profile. When you're online, you can get recruit while you sleep! You can also check out Call Center Jobs and submit your resumes there. It is the biggest call center recruit site out there. Call Center Blogger hasn't checked this out yet but it worth a shot.

Like CallCenterVet's previous recruit topic ( Wachovia callcenter), Firstsource plans to start operations Q1 of next year! If not earlier. Right now, they are doing the recruit for Team Leaders ( Team Managers ) for their BPO. Want more information? Post your email address here and CallCenterVet will definitely let you know who does the recruit for first source. Sad thing CallCenterVet can't take advantage of this first source opportunity himself. So sad CallCenterVet needs to move to Q.C. in less than 2 months. :(
