Dell Call Center Philippines Being Sold?

Something's brewing in the much admired Dell Global Center! Checking my frequently visited sites online, it looks like trouble is in the air.

First, there are talks and rumors of Dell being handed down to outsourcers... Again?! ( I thought they wanted an in-house call center in the first place ). Based on an article by a techgoss writer, it looks like Dell is being passed down to 2 big BPO's. Dell Pasay, it seems have been "sold" to Teletech while Dell QC is being negotiated to Accenture.

What will this developments mean to Dell's current employees? Who, BTW, seem to be bickering amongst themselves and are vaguely aware of the more important issue about their company. In any case, I know that there may seem to be a perfectly logical reason why Dell would want to outsource again but I don't really see the sensibility of outsourcing for several years then investing in their own facilities to house their global centers then handing them off to BPO's again. They should make up their minds.

Please, edit your post! Dell was bought by Teleperformance, not Teletech!
