EXL Philippines Call Center and BPO

I read about a new Indian-owned BPO establishing in the Philippines today at techgoss.com. It seems they've already finished their open house last week and are currently hiring for associate positions first. They haven't been publishing yet in Jobstreet. I've checked out EXL Service Philippines company profile and they have posted a single darn job opening online.

Based on a popular Pinoy call center forum thread, they are actually encouraging interested applicants to apply at their recruitment office at Makati. Their address is listed below. You can also check out their Jobstreet profile and the EXL Service website to find out more. From what I've read it looks like they have a cool and snazzy building there near Mall of Asia Pasay at the E-com center building.

Would you have any idea how much compensation they give? Basic plus alliowances etc.

they rely on your experience but basic is pay 16k plus 1k transpo and 1k rice and 650 meal allowance.

I wonder which bank are they under..i mean for their payroll?...

is it true that they pay 25k for the blue chip account????

On their website they mentioned about catering to insurance needs of individuals in the US is this Life or property insurance. Would you know if they have workforce management in place.

I have no information about what type of verticals they have in EXL. However, my guts tell me they do have WFM in place to handle local scheduling.

Thanks for the comment.

yes they have an account for life insurances but they have management people who are indians who are also stupid... don't know the commonality of the work descriptions between cs and tech... they consider themselves as one of the silent BPOs because they do not make noise in recruiting people daw... basic pay for the financial account is 20-23k, tapos rice, meal and transpo allowances... and yes, their office in MOA really rocks!!!

they do not hire agents who have less than 3 years experience and haven't completed a college degree... they will hire you for the account if you have the same experience like, if financial account, you should have an experience with the same line too....

im a part of EXL now ang ganda ng lugar the best!!! MOA EXL
