You've probably heard this girl on TV or online. She's really something. I thought Melanie Marquez was the bomb when it comes to English but I guess this new 17-year old college student from UE takes wrong grammar, wrong pronunciation and wrong subject verb agreement to a whole new level.
Let's just say it would be a call center recruiter's nightmare to hear this poor lass talk if ever she gets enough guts to explore a career in BPO. LOL
Sorry to be mean but I really hate seeing this on national TV. Good thing the ever eloquent Ms. Janina San Miguel only won Binibining Pilipinas - World and not the Universe title. If she did, then patayan na! LOL

Still, believe it not, it's still clearer spoken English than half of the peasants that reside here in the good ol' UK*.
I take your point though. I've been nearly moved to tears talking to call centres that don't happen to employ people with the ability to communicate with their target customer base.
*I use the phrase loosely, there's not a lot good about it.
I know how you feel. I work in a call center and I cringe in mental pain when I hear people talking like they should be talking to somebody on the phone. Sometimes I even wonder how on earth they got there in the first place.
It's just one of my pet peeves... really!
Thanks for the comment!
