Been a while seen I published something here and I miss writing already!
There are a lot of buzz around the call centers in my part of the Metro, specifically here in North CyberZone Alabang. New buildings have been mushrooming in between the old Convergys and HSBC buildings which were previously tasteless vacant lots just months ago. They have slightly changed the landscape of the small but posh commercial community. One of the last news that came from the grapevine is that one of those buildings have been set-up to house Bank Of America call center in the Philippines although thats been going on for sometime now. Curiously enough, I saw a massive job ad from Business Trends a few days ago that publishes several high profile job vacancies including Country Manager among several other positions like HR Manager and other executive posts. Now... It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that it is a dead giveawy that a new BPO is about to set-up here again.
Could these posts be possibly for BOA? Will we ever see the Bank of America call center here in the Philippines? Feel free to let us know what you know please! Till then...

I think that was possible, since the philippines had so many call center companies here....no doubt for that..
I have been informed by a friend today that BOA has started hiring entry level positions to be housed in Northgate Alabang. As to where to apply is still not clear, a third party informed my friend that the recruitment is in Makati, for that person himself is hired. No ads are pulling up on Jobstreet and JobsDB. My friend is yet to let me know about the complete information. I hate that BOA is making their presence so mysterious.
Convergys Nuvali has a BOA account and they call it BofA. collections department
