Hello there avid readers! Not a lot of people know the call center blogger blog has been online since June 25 of 2007. It's been over a year and darn I forgot to celebrate our first year anniversary. I'd like to thank all current 225 people who have subscribed to my blog and rest assured I will continue writing more meaningful reads for you in the future. As a bonus, I will be conducting a CONTEST for all of you where the mechanics and ofcourse the prize will be determined soon. I'm thinking maybe a t-shirt or a godaddy domain.
In other stuff, I will be changing the blog design of call center blogger soon and I've already picked a new one. Being a person who gets bored with stuff from time to time, I'd like to keep things fresh even if its just the look of it. Please bear with me as I work on it as fast as I can.

I work for a call center and I love the fact that Indian Call Centre industry employs nearly 400,000 workers all across country and this charge against Indian Call Centers would have a deep impact on the business of the industry, which may ultimately affect the Indian economy positively. Also, call centres in India are gaining a lot of attention because of the majority of the population of the country are educated. Another thing is that India comes second when it comes to the country having the largest English speaking population, the first being the US.
