Bank of America Call Center - Alabang?

I was happy to have finally gotten a feedback through a comment by one of our readers here ( thanks PerryBC ) that the Bank of America call center will soon be opening its doors to the public in North Cybergate Alabang. Reportedly, they have been recruiting entry level posts through an agency in Alabang. As to which one, your guess is as good as mine.

bank of america call centerHere's the supposed Bank of America call center lobby. LOL

My question is, why do such a high profile company do such a soft opening to begin with? A good strategy would be to go all out in publicity and promotions so that they get noticed by many oand more importantly by better talents in the industry. I have yet to see any concrete evidence that the Bank of America call center is here in Alabang myself so this makes me a little doubtful.

In any case, I'd be passing through North Cybergate again later to see what's up. Manong guard sa 7-11 lang bili yosi... LOL That's my excuse to get through the guard house. :)

I am applying for an Assistant Manager post however when I was about to drop my resume.. they put a stop on their hiring due to recession.. Gez we just really have to wait if Northgate office will be opened..

Yeah it looks nice! Masarap mag work sa ganyan! :D

I wanna be part of BOA...Im working for HSBC right now which is just beside the BOA's building. Where can I submit my application?

Its true...before we are seeing a lot of workers day and night to finish the building but for whatever reason they're all gone...they're no longer doing night jobs I even seldom seeing them on day time....what happened?

hey wazzzup anonymous...where did you submit your application?

well having a call center in the philippines is cheaper , everytime a customer calls it cost them $7 per call in north america and if you have a call center in the philippines it will cost a dollar or two , trust me call center rep only get paid 1000 USD (i guess) here call center are paid 1500 and up it depends on what line of business

another thing to add , it is good that they have bank of america call center but keep in mind USD is diffrent from PHP it might be difficult to classify that if a customer will inquire something about their money

where do they process applications for BOA? I want my husband to apply. I'm pretty good where I am at but I'd like him to try it out there. I heard they're hiring wave 2 agents and leaders.
Anonymous san ka nagpass nang application mo?

The thing about these call centers is that, you don't really know if this particular new/not so new account will last or not. I've had experience with a call center where we just had our welcoming party and after two days we're facing unemployment because the account pulled-out for some reason and they didn't offer to retain us or like put us on a different account that we might be qualified on.

I worked in a BPO company before which caters to the work loads of Bank of America.. We are not a call center but after I resigned they put up a small call center but the salary is not as big as the regular call center is giving.. The work is not that easy coz we process mortgages, loans and taxes..
