No documents or anything saying about regularization on our contracts and once you do get regularized, there is no increase and extra benefits mentioned. I am in tech support and one of their metrics is sales just like the former thread says its completely true. They also post false advertisements for walk in bonuses, they never give it. I chose to be with e-tel because of its HR practices and they really love their employees. But now, everything is completely different. Stream SUCKS BIG TIME! This December, many employees did not receive their pay. The managers and sups will not receive their pays this month as well, they are saying it is because of the merging and the new pay frequency of bi-weekly. Are they even human not to consider how important it is to have money this X&#39;mas?! A number of employees are already planning mass resignation.
